Elephant
Made by Nori, age 5
- Draw an animal, cut it two times from fabric
- Make tail from wool
- Place the fabrics with the right side together, with the tail on the right spot turned inwards
- Sew around the animal shape, leaving 8cm open (on the back for example)
- Turn the animal the right way out
- Put stuffing in
- Close the gap
- Make the ears in the same way & connect them manually
- Make the eyes (with embroidery thread)
- If you want, make a little blanket, put it on the back of the elephant & sew it on manually (it will cover the gap you closed earlier, maybe good if the manual sewing did not become so nice)
