Ice Skates Charm Football Charm Make some skates! Make a football!

Here are some neat little charms (mine are about 3" tall) you can hang from a back pack or maybe a spiral notebook. They take very little sewing,a small amount of foam and bits of trim such as beads and pom poms. You can use letter beads or maybe some in your school colors.

I used a small piece of chain from a broken necklace with a squeeze clip on the end, to hang them with but even a piece of yarn will work or an old keychain.

Just cut 2 simple shapes of something you like and decorate them by either sewing or gluing. I like to sew things on because they stay secure longer. Yes, you can sew foam. It's a lot of fun to work with!

Put your two sides together and make a small hole at top with a punch. Then just whip stitch around the edge and make a knot to secure.

Maybe you can even start a club and trade them! Just an idea...
