Vintage Sewing School

Vintage Sewing School

by Julie Larsen
(Nacogdoches, TX)

Vintage Sewing School is for the older "kids" such as teens, young adults, and adults. (Younger group we have a different website called Sewing in the Pines).

The Vintage Sewing School--we like to emphasis vintage sewing, vintage sewing machines, and vintage techniques (which are just age old good sewing tips!) Of course, we can use newer machines as well, but if you have an old vintage machine then we will help you learn on it too. :)
We offer sewing lessons more on a one-to-one set up, but we can do group classes if there is enough interest and if we can set up a schedule that works for our students.

Classes are usually around $10 an hour and we provide some fabrics (for small projects). We like to teach "Beginners" and if you are more advanced sewer than we can do an "Advanced" class as well.

Come on in and let us help you sew vintage style!
