Polka Dot Friends

Polka Dot Friends

by Ries & Kyrstin
(Florida)

Supplies needed:

Choose any color of fabric you like, my sister and I choose the colors pink and black; pink and black ribbon 1/4 inch wide, black thread, plastic colored gems, polyester filling, needle, simple dog pattern (we used a pattern we received from a sewing class), straight pins, hot glue gun, scissors and a sewing machine.

Instructions:

Pin the pattern to the material, cut it out and then remove the pins and pattern.

Next, turn the dog cut-out reverse side out, sew carefully and leave a small opening. Now, turn it inside out and fill with polyester. Stitch the small opening by hand.

Measure the ribbon around the dogs neck and hot glue the the ribbon and small gem to the Polka Dot dog.

Now, you have a wonderful pair of friends!
