Lap Desk

For this lap desk kids sewing project you will need:

Foam board 11 x11 inch square (if needed to cut down to size have an adult do this)
Material 19 x 32 inches
Pillow form 14 x 14 inches
Needle and thread



Sewing Instructions:
Lay your material out flat and place the foam board in the middle. Place pillow on top of the board.



Fold top and bottom, the longer ends, over pillow. Hand stitch in place.



Fold side edges in and bottom flap up, just like you were wrapping a present. Pin if you need to. Hand sew securely in place.



Use your homemade desk with the pillow in your lap. Draw or write on the board and flip over to use the pillow.
