Hanging Towel

The Finished Product

1. First, you sew a stitch down the center of the towel.

2. Then, I gathered the towel to the length of the potholder.

3. After that, you sew them together, trying to keep the potholder in the center.

4. You then hand sew the snaps on the inside.

5. Finally, you sew the button on the outside, but don't sew it directly on top of the snap.

What i do not understand is how to sew them together or how to gather the towel.this is a very complicated craft for me.

Neat project /need clarification

This is a neat project for a kid especially. Nice and simple. It would be great to see the steps in pictures or more directions specifically with the snaps & button. Is there a loop for the button? The picture is a bit fuzzy so I couldn't tell if the button was just decoration or if there was a loop there on top.

I look forward to trying this out! You can easily get towels and potholders from the dollar store for this.
