Creative Design Studio Sewing School

As a professional seamstress, I have always loved to sew. I have been aware that the art of sewing and the ability to create is a talent that can benefit our lives. The opportunity to learn sewing especially for our youth and young mothers is hard to find. It is my belief that each of us can find great joy and excitement in our lives through sewing and creating.

As I teach, I encourage creating and adding personal touches to each project. The only structured classes taught are the beginning classes where basic skills are needed and even then there are many choices available. The intermediate and advance classes have skills to learn, but the choice of several items and how they customize is theirs to make. The student then proceeds at their own ability with my guidance.

As I have spent many years having my own professional workroom and window covering business, I offer classes as wanted for those wishing to create their own.
