First take a lot of fabric and drape it around your model. Have the end be placed in the middle of the model's chest. Then sew the end to the other part of the fabric so it is a sweetheart top.

Then make sure that the fabric is positioned and shaped so that it flows down and covers everything. Next cut the bottom to the length the way you want it, and remember, its ok if its not even!

Then take lace or fabric and make a belt, then tie a bow in the back with excess from the belt. Then use the same substance that you used for the belt to twist into a flower to go where you sewed. Then add a halter top and there you go.
