Christmas smelly boot

Christmas smelly boot

by Holly Freeman
(ACT Australia)

All you need is lavender, felt (red or black),Some thread, scissors, some stuffing, red ribbon, a needle and a pin.

Now firstly you fold the felt into 2 then cut out the felt into the shape of a boot. Don't move the boot until you have put the pin in the middle to hold it together.

Next you get the needle and thread put them together and sew. Make sure that the needle and thread have a knot at the end before you start. Also make sure that the needle comes up to you and not down.

NOTE:Leave the top of the boot open when you are finished.

Now that you have finished all of it except for the top. Get the stuffing and the lavender and put in little blobs of the stuffing, but every time you put the stuffing in put a pinch of lavender after it.

Now sew up the top and sew on the ribbon!

NOTE: When Christmas is over you can put the smelly boot in your sock draw!

Thanks!!

Many people and mostly kids are visual. It would help to have photos of the project! Thanks, Pamie G.
